Our story
Codility was founded by an engineer who wanted to spend more time coding and solving problems, not interviewing unqualified candidates.
10 years, 150 employees, and $22M in VC funding later, his initial code assessment concept has evolved into a whole new way of approaching tech recruitment. One which empowers Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Interviewers and Leaders with our evidence-based platform that evaluates real-life skills, at scale.
This gives talented people opportunities – wherever they’re based and whatever their background. This gives non-technical people ways to assess technical skill, even in emerging fields such as AI. All of which is delivered via a smooth experience that your candidates deserve.
The best people create the best companies
A company is only as good as the people that create it and we’re lucky to have a brilliant, diverse team of experts. We’re spread across Warsaw and San Francisco, with our team members speaking 18 languages and coming from 11 countries.
While we celebrate each other’s differences, one of the biggest things we have in common is that we all care deeply about improving the candidate experience for everyone; making it fairer, easier and less stressful.
Working at Codility
Whatever your role, wherever you’re based, you’ll be part of a great culture that allows you to be yourself, do your best work and live your life to the fullest.
