- In an AI for Business work simulation, the employee completes a realistic brief with the AI Assistant.
- Codility scores the submitted output against the set of acceptable answers that assessment experts defined for the task.
- You can assess employees in business functions including sales, customer success, marketing, product management, finance and data analysis.
- For roles without role-specific tasks, Skills Intelligence offers general workforce tasks.

Assess engineers on coding tasks on the same platform
Engineers take the Tech section, the second section of Skills Intelligence. Your people team sees engineering results in the same place as the results of business teams.
- In the Tech section, engineers complete coding tasks in a realistic development environment.
- You enable or disable the AI Assistant per assessment.
- Every interaction with the AI Assistant is captured as reviewable AI activity. The AI activity does not affect automated scoring.
- Passed test cases and task difficulty set a proficiency level for each assessed skill. Skills Intelligence uses a five-level scale from novice to expert.
Your engineering leaders can review a proficiency level per skill next to the results of your business teams.
Decide who needs which AI reskilling, then assess again after training
A completion record cannot tell your people team which employees still need AI training.
- Your administrators choose which teams take part in each assessment program.
