A sneak peek of some of the things you’ll learn:

• Performance is correlated more strongly to the seniority of a candidate rather than their gender, and about 81% of female devs have 6 years or less of professional experience
• On average, 88% of candidates invited to our tech recruiting platform are male, however, over the past 8 years we have seen a strong increasing trend in the number of female candidates invited
• Female recruiters tend to invite a higher proportion of women than male recruiters
