An employee skills inventory list holds each employee, the evidence behind each skill and the date of that evidence. In Skills Intelligence, each entry holds five fields:

1. The employee
2. The employee’s team
3. The task the employee completed
4. The result: a score for a business work simulation, or a proficiency level for each assessed engineering skill
5. The assessment date

Yes. Your team can export results from Skills Intelligence through the Open API. Skills Intelligence integrates with four human resources information system (HRIS) platforms: Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR and Personio.

The database covers knowledge workers in business functions and software engineers. Role-specific tasks cover functions including customer support, customer success, sales, product management, product marketing, marketing, data analysis and finance. General workforce tasks cover other roles. The Tech section covers software engineering areas including web, backend, mobile, data, cloud and DevOps. Engineering outside software is not covered, including hardware, firmware, embedded and mechanical engineering. Codility confirms that your roles map to available tasks before your first program.
